Rice With Saffron Recipe
Rice with saffron for 6 servings.
- 500 g rice
- 2 glases of water
- 1 tablespoon currants
- a tea cup of peas (Turkish tea cup)
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1-2 piece of red saffron spice
- 6 pieces black pepper (not grounded)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Leave rice in water for half an hour. Heat butter with oil in a pan and add rice into it. Add water to rice and wait until boils. After it boils, add other ingredients, stir and cook.
